Rutgers Food Science Lab

Rutgers selected TMA along with Engineers from Princeton Design Group to renovate a wing to accommodate a new Food Science Laboratory on the Busch Campus in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  Fischer Hamilton Laboratory casework was used to outfit the lab which consisted of several large and small lab testing areas, a fly husbandry, tasting rooms, offices and workrooms. Construction was completed by Epic Construction.
