Ravallo Residence

The owner did not like his existing waterfront Dutch colonial house. We removed the gambrel roof lines, changed the trim, stained the cedar shingles, changed windows and added decorative brackets, light fixtures and copper roof accents. A second floor dormer was also added to create a home office. We designed upper and lower decks, railings, stone piers and a pergola for the rear of the house.
