As part of Nissan’s NREDI facilities improvement program, Pine Belt Enterprises engaged Tokarski Millemann Architects to modernize its Nissan dealership in accordance with the brand’s latest corporate image requirements. The project focused on transforming both the exterior and interior of the existing facility to deliver a cohesive, contemporary customer experience.
Exterior improvements included the installation of a new signature façade that reinforces Nissan’s updated brand identity and enhances the dealership’s visibility along the corridor. Interior renovations encompassed the showroom, customer service and business development areas, as well as the service drive, creating a more efficient, welcoming, and brand-aligned environment. The completed upgrades strengthened operational flow while presenting a refreshed, forward-looking image consistent with Nissan’s national standards.
