Pine Belt Cadillac

We were selected to design comprehensive additions and alterations for Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River, New Jersey, including a complete façade transformation, showroom and customer touch point modernization. The project is focused on elevating the dealership’s presence and customer experience while aligning the facility with Cadillac’s latest architectural and branding standards for this premier automotive marque.

The proposed improvements will introduce a refined exterior expression, enhanced transparency, and a contemporary material palette that reinforces Cadillac’s luxury identity. Interior showroom upgrades will emphasize clarity, comfort, and brand immersion, creating an environment that reflects innovation and craftsmanship. Tokarski Millemann Architects is currently advancing the project through design development, laying the groundwork for an exciting transformation with an expected deliver in late 2026.
