Northwest Drive
This 1970 contemporary home was re-imagined as a modern coastal vacation home for a family of five with a large extended family that gathers each summer at the Jersey Shore. Tokarski Millemann Architects transformed the home with a great team including: Berardesco Contracting, Charlie Hesse Interiors, KSi Professional Engineers, Nick Cavaliere of ELD Landscape Architects, Chris Burns Landscaping, Joshua Moriarty of Millwork Design Studio, Steele Pools, Gronau Electrical Contractors, ASAP Blinds, Surefire Audio-Video, World Class Gutters, V&J Plastering and Stucco.
We had to obtain several variances for the project from the town. The design and renderings help get the zoning boards approval with several board members commenting on the design. Thanks to John Jackson Esquire and Jillian McLeer along with Crest Engineering for helping us get over the finish line.
