Pine Belt Chrysler
In 2014, Pine Belt Enterprises selected Tokarski Millemann Architects to design a new, state-of-the-art Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealership prominently located along Route 88 in Lakewood, New Jersey. Conceived as a modern automotive retail destination, the project was designed to maximize visibility, operational efficiency, and brand presence within a highly traveled commercial corridor.
The building was constructed using tilt-up insulated site-cast concrete panels from Bedrock Tilt-up, providing a durable, energy-efficient envelope well suited to the demands of a high-use dealership environment. The architectural expression balanced Chrysler’s brand standards with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, integrating expansive showroom glazing, clear vehicular circulation, and functional service areas. The result is a long-lasting facility that continues to support Pine Belt’s operations while presenting a strong, modern identity within the Route 88 streetscape.
