This “state-of-the-art”, climate controlled, self-storage facility is embellished with a modern design aesthetic establishing itself as the premier facility in the region. The complex consists of one 4–story, 122,000 square foot climate controlled main building and 2 one-story exterior access unit buildings comprised of an additional 3,250 square feet.  The design utilizes a combination of glass and aluminum curtainwall, cultured stone, architectural ground face masonry, stucco and Kingspan horizontal ribbed insulated metal panels.
