The clients existing automobile showroom, located in Lakewood, New Jersey no longer reflected the dealership’s brand or operational needs, and the adjacent service facility was inefficiently utilized. We were engaged to work alongside the brand design team to reimagine the campus and provide full design, documentation and construction services for a new, ground-up 35,000 square foot signature dealership.
The new facility consolidates sales, service, and customer amenities into a cohesive, highly visible building that enhances both functionality and customer experience. Constructed using tilt-up concrete panels with articulated ACM panel systems, the design meets and elevates Subaru’s current brand standards while delivering durability and long-term value. Generous glazing, a clear organizational layout, and a modern material palette establish a strong street presence and reinforce the dealership’s identity as a contemporary automotive destination.
The 10-million-dollar facility was completed in 18 months.
