Juan Nater

Juan is our Project Manager with over 26 years of experience in architectural design. During his career Juan has had the opportunity to work in his native island Puerto Rico, Maryland and New Jersey. The knowledge and experience gained at each location have given Juan a broad perspective and fed his creativity.

During the last 10 years Juan has specialized in research laboratory design. Working with clients such as Merck, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Celgene, among others, overseeing projects from pre-design all the way to lab occupancy. Juan is organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people which makes collaboration with clients, vendors and contractors seem effortless.

Over the years Juan has worked in many types of projects including healthcare, commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial. He is an excellent manager with an eye for detail and the passion for service to his clients is evident in all of Juan’s projects.

Juan is a family man who enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Denise and two sons. He also enjoys serving in church as part of the worship team ministry. Juan and his family reside in Toms River.
