In response to the growing demand for upscale retail experiences in the Jackson-Lakewood area, our team proposed a visionary ground-up development that blends contemporary aesthetics with functional elegance. Situated strategically on the Jackson and Lakewood border, this project transforms the landscape with two thoughtfully designed retail plaza buildings, complemented by a modern convenience store and a gas station.
The architecture of the development will use a tilt-up insulated concrete panel construction approach, delivering both economy and durability while enabling a sleek, streamlined façade that mirrors the area’s upscale retail momentum. Designed with attention to modern detail, each structure offers a clean aesthetic with visual appeal to attract and retain a higher-end retail clientele. With approvals already secured from Jackson Township, we’re set to break ground in 2025, bringing a new level of architectural distinction to this burgeoning retail corridor.
