Tokarski Millemann Architects  and PDS Engineering teamed to designed a new 240 unit, 10 building complex proposed for Manchester Township. The project also includes a clubhouse and an inground community pool. Designed in a modern farmhouse style the buildings incorporate Hardie board and batten siding accented with a stone veneer watertable.
