Tokarski Millemann Architects has been servicing the Mahwah School District for the past 10 years. Various energy savings and capital maintenance projects have been undertaken over the period including boiler replacements at all of their facilities, which has realized a 30% savings in their gas utility bills. We have completed millions of dollars in re-roofing to five (5) of the school facilities, as well as replacement of non-thermal window systems with energy efficient glazing in 2 of the buildings. $1.5 million in classroom unit ventilators have been replaced in the Middle School and High School and we are planning to replace another $1 million in HVAC equipment in the Elementary Schools Tokarski Millemann Architects has prepared the necessary NJDOE applications and construction documents as well as providing project management and construction administration services for all of their projects.
