This new three building shopping center site hosts two 16,000 sf one-story retail buildings and one 35,000 sf two-story mixed-use retail with offices above. Tokarski Millemann Architects was tasked with creating a timeless and eye-catching exterior. The owner desired an economical and low-maintenance building making site-cast insulated concrete tilt-up panels the ideal choice. The buildings are currently nearing completion. Bedrock Construction provided the concrete tilt-up panels and roof structure. Miz Construction is finishing the rest of the project build out and tenants are undergoing fit-outs. Aisle 9 grocery stores have leased one of the buildings and TMA is designing the store for the tenant.
