Tokarski Millemann Architects has completed several projects with Clayton Industries including Concrete Plants, Distribution Centers, Shopping Centers and Office Buildings. The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Building (H.E.M.B.) was designed to maintain Clayton’s huge fleet of Heavy Equipment including building and repairing Concrete Transport Vehicles. The 46,000 s.f pre-engineered building incorporates a 9,000 s.f. mezzanine and
a bi-directional crane for mixing barrel and engine removal. The 461’x100’ building has 25 bays, a painting booth, radiant heat floor slab and is fully
air conditioned.
