Books n' Things

Books ‘n Things was designed by Senior Associate Sal Tomasiello as offices and distribution for an online book store for two aspiring entrepreneurs. They outgrew their current rental location one block away and had the opportunity to purchase the nearby commerical lot. TMA worked with the owners to develop the building which features an entrance foyer leading to the offices on the second floor.  The first floor is a small warehouse for staging and packaging books and small related items to fulfill their online bookstore orders. Planning Board Approval was obtained by Tokarski Millemann Architects.
