The Giamartino family partnered with Tokarski Millemann Architects to design their forever home, replacing their beloved beach house on the same lot.

From the street, the residence presents as a classic Dutch seashore colonial, but inside, it opens to a light-filled, transitional modern design. A soaring double-height living room and foyer are dramatically connected by a second-floor catwalk with sweeping views of Barnegat Bay. Upstairs, cathedral ceilings in the bedrooms add to the home’s sense of scale and airiness.
