Dominique Derosa elevated to Associate
We’re thrilled to announce that Dominique Derosa has been elevated to Associate, a well-deserved recognition of her dedication, leadership, and professional growth as both a designer and project manager.
Dominique joined us in 2019 after earning her Bachelor of Architecture from NJIT. Over the past six years, she’s grown from an Architectural Designer to the firm’s BIM Manager, a role where her technical expertise and collaborative spirit shine.
Among her many contributions, Dominique played a key role in a Tunnels to Towers project, providing thoughtful design solutions to improve accessibility and create a first-floor addition for the home of a New Jersey State Trooper recovering from a traumatic brain injury. Her impact on that project, along with her work with Jersey Shore United, earned her the Associate of the Year award from the Jersey Shore Chapter of AIA New Jersey.
Please join us in congratulating Dominique on this milestone!
