This new shingle-style home in Bluffton, South Carolina, was designed for a couple moving into semi-retirement, yet still entertains large family gatherings.  The project, located in Berkley Hall Plantation, is a “one-off” design straying from the community’s standard spec homes. TMA started with an approved footprint and designed a stately shingle-style home exterior. The 4,500 s.f. home boasts an incredible master suite along with 4 guest bedrooms, a family room, a Dining Room, a Kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a playroom for the grandkids.
