Tokarski Millemann Architects was selected to design comprehensive renovations to transform a former Subaru dealership into a new Mazda dealership. The project reimagined the existing facility to align with Mazda’s current brand standards while maximizing the reuse of the existing building structure.

The renovation scope included façade updates, showroom expansion and reconfiguration, and interior finish upgrades to create a refined, contemporary customer experience reflective of Mazda’s design-forward identity. Strategic improvements enhanced visibility, circulation, and operational efficiency, resulting in a seamless transition from the building’s previous use to a cohesive, brand-aligned Mazda retail environment.
