Our Team

Sal is our Senior Architect with over 27 years’ experience in the field of architecture. A native of Monmouth County, Sal has worked in central New Jersey and New York City his entire career.  His desire and energy to work on challenging projects is second to none. Specializing in high performance building envelopes, Sal has attained extensive knowledge assembling highly complex buildings accompanied by the experience of seeing those designs all the way through construction and occupancy.  Working in the field together with Contractors, Construction Managers, and Owners is a skill set that comes very easy to Sal having been exposed to that arena from a young age while working with his dad, a ceramic tile contractor.

Over the course of his career, he has worked on many building types including residential, small commercial, healthcare, higher education and hospitality.  Sal takes immense pride in his work right down to the smallest detail.  He believes that attention to detail is what makes great architecture extraordinary.

Sal enjoys traveling with his family and is a sports enthusiast with a particular passion for golf. He resides in Middletown with his wife Zulay and their two children.

Sherry is one of our Architectural Designers, earning her Bachelor of Architecture from the University Of Arkansas School Of Architecture. She joined the TMA team with nearly 30 years of AutoCAD experience and 20+ years executing construction documents. Her exposure to several firms here at the Jersey Shore has given her a knowledge base and expertise in identifying the unique construction needs for our area. Sherry has built great relationships with contractors, professionals and clients throughout her career. Those relationships, along with her organizational skills, are what allow her to ensure that a project’s timeline is constantly progressing.  She believes in keeping open the lines of communication in order to be responsive to the needs of everyone involved in a particular project.

Outside of TMA, Sherry is active in her community as President of the School Board and a previous member of her town’s fire department. Sherry is an avid knitter and enjoys kayaking and hiking with her husband, family and dogs.

Dominique is a graduate from the New Jersey Institute of Technology her Bachelor of Architecture degree and is one of our Architectural Designers.  She has always had a passion for Architecture and thoroughly enjoys seeing the design come to completion, while being a part of the process.  Dominique is our lead designer for our Playa Bowls projects here in NJ and throughout the United States. She has worked closely with franchisees as far west as Arizona and Colorado, south to Florida and north to New Hampshire, as well as, many in between!

Outside of work, she enjoys car detailing and has been a lifetime roller-skater.

Elizabeth (Liz) earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Her undergrad degree includes a minor in sustainability with a core concentration in art and architectural history. Liz joined our team as an Architectural Designer and is responsible for plans, elevations, redlining and drafting. She loves the diversity of work here and is especially fond of working on renders.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys paddle boarding, spending time at the beach, reading, taking walks and DIY projects.

Lindsay also earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Her undergrad degree includes minors in sustainability and Italian. Lindsay joins TMA with a broad background in Construction Administration as a Project Manager in NYC. We look forward to putting her experience to ask here! Lindsay is in the process of obtaining licensure as she has taken and passed two sections of the licensing exam. as an Architectural Designer here at TMA, she collaborates closely with project architects and managers incorporating client’s scope requirements into the final design.

Lindsay hails from Long Island and is currently living in Jersey City. She looks forward to transitioning from city life to shore life in the very near future. She enjoys cycling and all outdoor activities.

Tammy has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University and is our Office Manager.  When she joined the TMA team, she brought with her 20+ years of leadership practice from multiple industries and business scales. During her time at TMA, her role has grown with the firm and she now wears multiple hats from managing the daily operations of the firm to human resources and staffing.  Tammy sees the value in having systems in place to make operations run at optimal efficiency and has been instrumental in developing the systems for TMA. She enjoys the diversity of her job and her passion is centered on the customer experience: she loves to go the extra mile with a smile!

Outside of TMA, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, cooking, gardening, photography, relaxing on the beach with a good book and serving at her church. Her adventurous side has led her to skydive, zip line and spontaneously seek out fun activities like helicopter rides while exploring new destinations on vacation.

Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk VA. With over 25 years of experience in advertising, medical communications, exhibit design, healthcare marketing and consulting and sales in the service industries, Dawn brings a broad knowledge of business development techniques and strategies to TMA. She has joined the team in a consultant capacity to continue to grow and expand the TMA business profile through lead generation and relationship building.

Dawn is passionate about Real Estate (she is also a realtor); enjoys being a Big Sister in the Big Brother Big Sister program in Bucks County, PA; is an avid reader and is enthusiastic about exercising, attending workout classes 5 to 6 times a week.
