Point Beach Modern

This new home was designed as a beach home for a family from northern New Jersey. The original home was in the family for decades and was damaged during Hurricane Sandy. The time has come to replace the older home with a new modern home that meets or exceeds all the FEMA guidelines for a structure in a flood zone. The owners were looking for a clean modern white home with some touches of grey reclaimed wood to bring in a modern coastal vibe.
