Residential Modern Metedeconk Riverfront Design
This modern residence is located on Fairview Avenue in Brick Township. The home is perched on a bluff overlooking the Metedeconk River. The exterior palate consists of two colors of hardcoat stucco and Nichihia panels to provide the warmth and look of wood without the maintenance. The rear of the house has a series of cantilevered balconies to enjoy the views of the rivers and provide sun shading to the interior of the home.
Working with Tokarski Millemann over the past two years as my wife and I have been planning to build our dream home has been life changing. Rick Tokarski is a highly talented architect and has become a dear friend and my “spiritual guide” through this exciting, but difficult process. His knowledge of every aspect from design, planning, and building expertise is truly unmatched. He has an invested interest in seeing this project through to it’s completion. We build our first home 25 years ago and it was a trying ordeal. Having Rick and his team by our side on this latest endeavor has felt like a ‘Walk in the park”. If you plan on hiring an architectural firm, in my opinion look no further.
