Tokarski Millemann Architects is working with a developer and Butz Wilbern Architects of Virginia on a new 121,000 s.f. climate controlled self-storage building in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Tokarski Millemann represented the client during the planning board approval, provided construction documents and performed contract administration during the construction phase.
