Legion Square Village Apartments

The newest multi-family residential apartment building in downtown Toms River.  Tokarski Millemann Architects was hired to re-design the plans and elevations for the project that had been approved by a developer and purchased by our client. The redesign included township approval and architectural review committee approval. We then furnished construction documents for bidding and construction, as well as, construction phase services.
