Genes Drive Renovation

The 1960’s waterfront California ranch in Toms River was renovated inside and out to produce a contextual front facade with prairie style influences. All the interior finishes and fixtures were replaced to update the home. Shaker style cherry cabinets with stainless steel hardware were selected for the kitchen to create a modern traditional feel. A large cooking island was designed to create a working yet inviting environment. The kitchen also utilized the latest in Viking appliances. This project was a development project which included a sub-division undertaken with T-Square Design Build, our construction division.
