Fairview Avenue Residence

This addition and renovation project is built on the bluffs overlooking a serine cove of the Metedeconk River. The two car garage, home gym, foyer and expanded kitchen were added to the existing house which was at one time used as a duck hunting lodge. The introduction of traditional forms and modern low maintenance materials gives birth to a completely new look for this house. The kitchen was renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops and Viking appliances. The breakfast nook serves as the focal point of the kitchen with three custom maple exposed trusses. Collaboration with Landscape Architect Nick Cavaliere of Beech Design Group complemented this successful project.
