Clayton Heavy Equipment Maintenance Building (H.E.M.B)

Clayton Companies teamed with Tokarski Millemann Architects to design their Heavy Equipment Maintenance Building. The building is a state-of-the-art facility to build, repair and maintain their fleet of concrete transporters.  Their facility had their operations scattered in three buildings which were combined into a new 46,000 s.f. building consisting of 23 service bays, parts department, industrial spray booth, two bi-directional cranes, offices and a mezzanine.
