Tokarski Millemann Architects, LLC, is an established, award-winning architectural firm located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. With licenses in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania we have the capability to do work regionally; although the majority of our work is in New Jersey. We will help you hone your craft on a wide variety of commercial projects, as well as select modern residential projects.



Ideal candidate will be able to successfully perform job assignments including initiating and creating designs, production of construction documents, site visits during the construction phase, in addition to the responsibilities identified below and assigned by Project Managers.


LEVEL 1:        0-1 year experience

LEVEL 2:        1-2 years’ experience – non-registered architectural school graduate involved in or completed the Architecture Experience Program (AXP)



  • Create designs for aspects of assigned projects
  • Zoning research and Analysis
  • Familiarity with current codes and applying to designs.
  • Survey and creation of existing conditions drawings
  • Develop schematic and design development sketches appropriate to programmatic requirements
  • Coordinate with Consulting Engineers
  • Product research & selection of appropriate products for use on projects
  • Revit modeling, annotating plans and details
  • Production of construction documents under the direction of Project Managers
  • Job site visits for verification and evaluation of construction
  • Review & process shop drawings and submittals
  • Other duties as assigned by Project Managers

Bachelors of Architecture degree from a U.S. accredited university, with 3 years minimum of work experience in the field of Architecture

Must be highly proficient in REVIT, AutoCad Architecture version 2022 and possess working knowledge of Word & Excel

3D modeling and rendering (Sketch-Up, Lumion, Photoshop) a plus.
