Senior Project Manager
Eric Kania is a Senior Project Manager for Tokarski Millemann Architects and has extensive experience in Active Adult, Single Family, Townhouse, Stacked Townhouses, Multi-family Residential Architecture.

He is a graduate of NYIT and resides in Freehold, New Jersey with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time you can find him running.
Lisa Roldan, R.A.
Ms. Roldan is a Project Manager, as well as, the Studio Manager at Tokarski Millemann Architects, LLC. She spent the past eighteen years serving clients throughout New Jersey. Prior to that, Lisa resided in Oklahoma where she attended the University of Oklahoma. She has worked on a broad spectrum of projects, both public and private, including the Bais Tova Elementary School, the Shiras Devorah High School, and several buildings within the Monmouth University campus, including the 800 (Art) Building and Howard Hall.
Aside from educational experience, Lisa has worked on several multi-family residential projects, live/work units, office buildings, retail centers, single family homes, restaurants and medical buildings. Her previous private practice allowed her to travel and complete architectural work in every state for several national clients. Ms. Roldan and her two children reside in Manchester.
Steven Casano, R.A.
Mr. Casano has over 20 years of experience in educational, military, residential, commercial and institutional projects and joined the Tokarski Millemann team as a Project Manager in 2011 after relocating back to his roots in New Jersey. Steve lived and worked in California for twelve years for one of the larger national school and transportation design firms. Prior to residing in California, Mr. Casano worked for two of New Jersey’s larger school design firms.
Steve brings experience from a broad spectrum of projects from the public and private sectors including: design and technical design services for the Saugus High School modernization (CA), the West Los Angeles Community College additions (CA), the Monmouth Academy of Communications and Creative Arts additions and alterations (NJ), the Abraham Lincoln Elementary School No.14 addition (NJ), Folex Warehouse and Manufacturing Plant (CA), San Diego Water Department Complex (CA), Camp Pendleton Enlisted Quarters renovation (CA), Masonic Homes Acacia Creek senior housing complex (CA), the Jewish Homes for the Aging (CA), the North County Animal Shelter (CA), the RCTC Perris Valley Line Metrolink Layover Facility (CA), the Los Angeles Patsaouras Plaza Busway Station (CA), the Los Angeles Metro Red Line Station Canopies (CA), and construction management services for the Foshay Learning Center Auditorium renovation (CA) and the San Marcos North County Corporate Center (CA).
Steve is firm believer in the collaboration of all contributors to a project from start to end to assure the completion of a quality product for the client and the end users as well as the community. He is also an advocate for environmentally conscious and energy efficient design where financially feasible.
Steve has traveled throughout the United States, Italy, France, Switzerland, Thailand, and Taiwan to study architecture. Mr. Casano, his wife Dussadee, and their son Clay reside in Freehold.
Arthur is an architectural graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Arthur has a passion for design, 3D BIM modeling and details. Many of our 3D models and renderings have been his artistry. He is currently pursuing his NCARB Ax internship requirements.
Architectural Designer / Landscape Designer
Karina Livshits is a recent graduate of the Landscape Architecture program at Rutgers University. She discovered a love for design and architecture during her studies and upon graduation worked for a design-build interiors firm in Asbury Park. Furthering her education in architecture and project management, she came to Tokarski Millemann to learn more about architecture and building science. Karina is an accomplished dancer and competes regionally and still teaches children is her spare time.
Marisa recently graduated from Philadelphia University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Since 2017, she has prior experience working on a variety of commercial and educational projects. She enjoys volunteering and photography.
Tammy is the heart of TMA. Her background in business administration, marketing and education demands an efficiently operating office where the lines of communication are kept open amongst the staff and with our clients. Tammy brings enthusiasm, a smile and organization to our office…..and our clients seem to love her too. Tammy commutes from Manchester where she lives with her husband Larry and her two children.
Cathy Allarde joined TMA to spearhead marketing and business development. As our firm grows, we look for high caliber individuals to join our team to assist in the business of architecture. Cathy is an entrepreneur at heart and has owned and operated three businesses prior to raising her four children. Cathy comes to TMA with a business sense and marketing degree from Rider University. Mrs. Allarde’s focus is developing and implimenting marketing strategies and strengthening our brand awareness and recognition through relationship building, education and media. Cathy, her husband Don and their four children live in Bayville.
