Our Approach:Mission Statement

We endeavor to produce inspirational architecture through creative design, quality work and interactive relationships with our clients. Striving always to uphold the basic principles of Truth and Integrity, we passionately work on the ephemeral while focusing on the eternal.

OUR VISION
As a well-respected Architectural Firm throughout the Northeast, we will be known for our distinctive designs and creative solutions while providing the highest quality of service for our clients. We will improve the built environment in our sphere of influence to enhance the quality of life for our clients, their neighbors and the public by creating meaningful architecture and poetic spaces.

OUR PHILSOPHY
The philosophy of Tokarski Millemann Architects is to provide creative and distinctive design solutions for clientele that are found to be elegant, executable and enduring. Listening to clients is the first step in achieving this philosophy. Design, form, function and style are then synthesized with materials and construction knowledge into a virtual structure through the latest computer technology. The design drawings, renderings and models are visual tools to convey design ideas to clients and the contractors who will make them into reality. The essence of our work can be summed up in five words: creativity, diversity, experience, sustainability and constructability.

Our specialty is diversity. At first thought this may appear paradoxical. Specialization is generally understood as having obtained a level of expertise in a particular field. One might think that creating one building type over and over makes one a specialist of particular that building type. We find this boring. At TMA, we believe in becoming experts in the field of architecture whereby lessons learned from one building typology enrich the next. The majority of our firm’s work encompasses the following building typologies: custom and waterfront residential, k-12 schools both public and private, colleges and universities, churches, automotive dealerships, retail, office, municipal and restaurants. Our diversity is what keeps our firm busy serving our entire community.
