CURRENT AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Unlicensed Architecture Graduate/Design Staff 1 or 2 // ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Non-registered architectural school graduate involved in or completed the Architecture Experience Program (AXP) with 3-8 years of experience.

REPORTS TO:

Project Architects and Manager Managers

RELATIONSHIP TO OTHERS:

Perform all architectural assignments as directed by Project Architect or Project Manager. Works as team member on assigned projects interacting with other professional disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to initiate and create designs for assigned projects.
  • Develop schematic and design development sketches appropriate to programmatic requirements.
  • Cad drafting
  • Production of construction documents under the direction of Project Architect or Project Manager.
  • Code and Zoning research
  • Site Planning/Zoning evaluations
  • Will be required to visit job sits for verification and evaluation. Will be required to take measurements, document and photograph existing conditions.
  • Review & process shop drawings and submittals.
  • Product research & selection of appropriate products for use on projects.
  • Coordinate with Consulting Engineers.
  • Other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

AUTHORITY/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

May occasionally supervise the duties of other designers and interns.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

Ability to interact successfully with staff, clients and other professional disciplines. Open to instruction, change; receptive to ideas and concepts.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION GUIDELINES:

Bachelors of Architecture degree, with 3 to 8 years of work experience in the field of Architecture.

Must be proficient in AutoCad Architecture version 2018, and possess working knowledge of Word & Excel.

3D modeling and rendering (Sketch-Up, Podium, MAX, Rhino) and REVIT a plus.

Project Architect

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Review & process shop drawings and submittals.
  • Product research & selection of appropriate products for use on projects.
  • Coordinate with Consulting Engineers.

ARCHITECTURAL INTERN: ENTRY LEVEL, SECOND YEAR, THIRD YEAR

Summary

We are currently interviewing for the following positions: Entry Level Intern/ Second Year Intern / Third Year Intern. Candidate must have an Architectural Degree from a NCARB accredited school. Must have US residency. Looking for passionate, creative people to join our team and grow with us. Diverse firm with commercial, educational, military, retail, automotive, religious and residential work. Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD a must. Job will entail field measure and documentation, drafting, detailing, problem solving, construction document preparation, specification writing.
